1. Registration Accuracy

Registration details must be submitted accurately through the designated online platform before the deadline. Delegates are responsible for providing accurate personal, contact and accessibility information; UNITY MUN is not liable for errors or omissions on registration forms.

2. Attendance & Participation

Full participation is conditional on adherence to published deadlines and procedures for all stages, including role assignment and payment of fees. Delegates are required to follow all guidelines, schedules, instructions, and codes of conduct during the event. Breach of any such condition will invite disqualification from the event and in that case no refund of fee will be given.

3. Safety & Conduct

Delegates are responsible for their own safety and security while attending UNITY MUN and associated events. UNITY MUN disclaims liability for any technical issues, internet disconnections, or other unexpected situations during the online sessions.

4. Changes & Cancellations

UNITY MUN reserves the right to revise event schedules, speakers, committees, or locations in case of unforeseen circumstances. If forced to cancel or postpone the event, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Certificates

Certificates of participation will be provided subject to fulfillment of all event requirements.

6. Consent & Media

By registering, delegates consent to photography, audio, and video recording during UNITY MUN. Materials may be used for event promotion or documentation unless otherwise notified.

7. Data Protection

All personal data provided will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and used only for event administration.

8. Acceptance

Submission of registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agreement to abide by all UNITY MUN policies.
